Since 2014 Julia makes designs on ceramics and you can make some too. You are welcome for a few hours of deep concentration and dots of fun! In the heart of Delft, you can paint some Delftblue or whatever else you heart desires.

Included
You can dotpaint 1 plate or bowl that you can take home after the workshop (bake off in a regular home oven). All use of materials is included, such as paint, dotting pens and templates. The room has plenty of inspiration for you to decide what you can make of your own design. After a creative assignment and the technical instruction, you can practice and then make your own design in freestyle or with templates.
Catering
There is coffee, tea and soft drinks catered for you, and on the table you will find some small treats to enjoy during the workshop. If you have any allergies or dietary wishes let me know as soon as possible.
Dotart store
After the workshop you can buy materials to make your own dots designs at home. Gift sets, DIY patterns (some in English) and the upcycled homeware from DotsDesign are also available to take home. It’s the season of giving, so will you make or give some DIY or upcycled presents… ?
Location
The workshop is in Delft at Lange Geer 44a in a small cove next to a bakery.
Parking and transport
Here you’ll find the route description. Delft is a very walkable city, which means you won’t get far by car. Parking in this neighbourhood is strictly for permit holders only. The nearest parking facility is Zuidpoort garage (5 min walk) or TU Delft parking (approx. 10 min walk). The train station of Delft is only a 5 minute walk away.
Accessibility
The workshop is on the second floor, with no elevator . The toilet is also on the second floor.
Other
The workshop in Delft is situated in an old building with characteristic beams on the ceiling. It used to be an old factory for Delftblue pottery (‘de Grieksche A from 1657-1818. You can find more information about it here – in Dutch).
