Beschrijving
Cool Summer van DotsDesign is een boekje in A6 formaat met 6 mini stippatronen en bonusmateriaal zoals tips en creatieve opdrachten voor extra cool stipwerk.
Niveau: starter en gemiddeld.
Het ligt er aan hoe je de patroontjes op je voorwerp gaat plaatsen en hoeveel je er maakt. In het boekje vind je heel veel tips en trucs om er wat moois van te maken.
Tijd: van 3-10 minuten per mini-patroon + droogtijd.
Je kunt ze apart op een voorwerp stippen, of een hele familie of veldje vol maken. In het boekje vind je diverse voorbeelden van kaarten en servies dat met deze patroontjes vol gestipt is (zoals je bijvoorbeeld bij Lieve Lente en werkboek BLING ziet).
Formaat:
Het eindformaat per patroontje is 1-7 cm. Dat betekent dat elk patroon op bijna elk voorwerp past, zoals:
- theetipjes
- ansichtkaarten
- porseleinen lepels
- stenen (souvenir van vakantie?)
- schelpen (ben heel benieuwd!)
Gebruikte kleuren:
(Pébéo porseleinverf – de kleurnummers staan ervoor)
- 01 citrine yellow
- 05 coral red
- 12 etruscan red
- 17 ming blue
- 26 malachite green
- 36 amber brown
- 42 anthracite black
- 50 tender pink
- 54 taupe
- 110 shimmer silver
en eventueel 43 ivoor (deze is niet persé nodig maar altijd fijn om kleuren lichter mee te maken).
Je vindt al deze kleuren (behalve 43) in de set met 12 x20 ml van Pébéo. Deze kun je met korting erbij aanschaffen en handig meenemen.
De mini-patronen bestaan uit:

- Lavendel
- Schildpad
- Krab
- Zeesterren
- Schelpen

Zonnebloem
Haal het zonnetje in huis met deze bloemen. Alleen of een veldje vol, het kan allemaal.
Lavendel
Alsof je ze weer ruikt…deze struiken spreken tot de verbeelding toch?
Schildpad
Twee jaar geleden kwam deze dude op mijn pad, en nu kan het eindelijk op jouw bord komen…zo traag als het loopt hoef je niet te stippen, je hebt zo een hele familie gemaakt.
Krab
Wouter en ik zaten te brainstormen over zeediertjes, en de krab kwam tevoorschijn krabbelen…
Zeesterren
Sterren van de zee natuurlijk, deze schitteren al snel op je voorwerp. Ze zijn er in heel veel kleuren, je fantasie kan de vrije loop gaan.
Schelpen
Het duurt soms even voor je de goede vorm vindt, maar bij deze schelpen heb je het zo te pakken. In allerlei vormen en maten (en hier heb je geen zand tussen je tenen bij het vinden van schelpen)…

In het boekje vind je voornamelijk foto’s met uitleg waar nodig. De tekst is in het Nederlands en Engels.

Deze patronen zijn ontworpen voor recreatieve doeleinden (voor jezelf iets maken, of om weg te geven). Er rust auteursrecht op alle ontwerpen van DotsDesign. Voor alle commerciële doeleinden (bijvoorbeeld: je geeft workshops, je staat op een markt, je verkoopt het online of in een winkel) is overleg met Julia verplicht. Neem hiervoor contact op.

In my opinion room temperature is the best temperature. Anything hotter than that my brain seems to melt. Luckily there are some fun ways to relax. Cool your mind with these small snack-sized patterns to brighten up your ceramics. It’s okay to take it slow, that is the fastest way to succeed (Sidney Poitier). Cool Summer by DotsDesign is a booklet of at least 20 pages in A6 size with 6 mini dotting patterns.
Level: starter and medium, depending on the object and how you are placing them. You’ll find tips and tricks in the booklet.

Sunflower
Get some sunshine indoors with these flowers. Solo or in a field, it all works.
Lavender
It’s like you can smell them…these bushes speak to your imagination, don’t they?
Turtle
Two years ago this little dude came on my path, and finally you can see them on your plate. As slow as that got, making this will be a lot quicker. You’ll have the whole fam in no time.
Crab
Wouter and I were brainstorming about sea creatures and this funny little guy came crawling in…
Starfish
The stars of the sea ofcourse, these’ll shine on your objects in no time. You can get them in any colour, just use your imagination.
Shells
It may take a while sometimes to find a good shape, but with these shells you’ll get the hang of it quickly. They come in all shapes and sizes (an no sand between your toes when finding them)…

In the booklet you’ll see mostly photos and some explanation where necessary. Text is in Dutch and English.
